Monique joined KOL Corporation in February 2006 to setup and head the Retail Division and extended her responsibilities to the Business Solutions Division in October 2007 to promote the Solutions and related services. She has promoted and implemented Software and Services for major accounts in various countries.

A retail Industry Professional for past 20 years, in Europe, North America, South Asia, GCC (Bahrain & Dubai). She has been conducting G.O.LD. ® implementation projects for the past several years in several countries including France, Bahrain, Dubai, Poland, Greece, and Turkey.

Philippe is a Retail Industry professional with over 10 years experience in multi cultural, multi-disciplinary environment. Having worked with companies like Fu-Com LLC (Géant Hypermarket) as Group Director & also with Carrefour Hypermarket in Doha & UAE in senior management roles as General Manager & Departmental Head.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with an Audit qualification from Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, USA, he has served with Ernst & Young International for over six years and managed audits of large International Commercial Banks, Investment Holding Companies and Leasing Institutions. His five years of experience with Wall Street has developed his accounting and auditing abilities in the fields of due-diligence, compliance and MIS, thereby helping KOL Corporation to develop competitive product offerings.
