Call Centre Agent (Female)

Reporting directly to the COO/PRESIDENT, the individual will be responsible for managing & ensuring the delivery of multiple technologies Environment and projects. The incumbent is expected to act as a "single point of accountability" for the portfolio of project / support delivery to KOL’s clients. Major functions reporting to the position of CDM are project delivery, project management, human resources, Process management, Quality, and other functions as designated.

Responsibilities also include conducting regular project reviews with the project teams to review their performance; identify / monitor to closure of all key open action items resulting from the reviews and provide regular, frequent and detail¬ appropriate reports back to the COO/PRESIDENT about the current status of delivery, delivery strategies, team performance, and client feedback.

Experience: At least 5-10 years of Project Management experience / progressive responsibility within a services company & with 2-3 years GCC experience at senior executive level in a technology related business as well as proven track record on project management & delivery.
